As with most T- hunters that we meet or talk to, I find that Treasure hunting and the love of the outdoors is either a tradition in the family or a part of their up bringing. Mike & Dot are no different than the others. Growing up in the State of Pennsylvania & Delaware. Mike began Treasure hunting at the early age of 10 and recalls taking off from school one day each year to fulfill that tradition. This tradition continues today as Mike & Dottie find themself sharing this love of treasure hunting all over the the east coast.

LETS GO DELAWARE BEACH DETECTING
Mike has since moved to Delaware and a new type of Treasure hunting caught his attention, beach detecting Delaware. This peaked their interest and started hunting the delaware coast. Detecting the coast for the last five 5 years with their XLTs learning to hear tho's deeper sounds has found coins dating back to 1797 & 1774. When detecting after a storm or a good northeast wind you can find a good bit of silver. Those years of practicing paid off when Mike & Dot found some silver dating 1908 indian head pennys, walking liberty, seated coins and barbers coins. Since then Mike and Dottie have been detecting Delaware. If you would like to metal detect the beach this 2008 summer in Delaware drop Mike & Dot an email.
